Yes, a security deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash. It will be returned upon departure, unless deductions are necessary for damages or exceptional cleaning needs.

Access to the agriturismo is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Any external visitors must be authorized in advance by management.

Yes, pets are allowed upon agreement. However, we ask that they do not disturb with barking, are not left alone in the rooms, and do not dirty the common areas. Pets are not allowed in the pool but may swim in the pond.

The Cà Persiane park is also suitable for children, who can play safely. We ask that you respect the lawn and flowerbeds by not trampling them or leaving objects scattered around.

Yes, we ask that you avoid disturbing noises between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure maximum comfort for all guests.

The pool is cleaned daily from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while weekly room cleaning, with linen change, is scheduled after four days of stay between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM. If access is not possible, clean linens will be provided.

In case of lost keys or damage to furniture, equipment, or facilities, the owner must be notified immediately. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.

The park's pond can also be used for fishing, but any caught fish must be released. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, and motorcycles, cars, or bicycles are not allowed in the park. The large terrace umbrella must be closed in case of wind and at night.
